Finance Rate Application Privacy Notice for Corporate Applicants

This notice is issued by Angle Auto Finance Pty Ltd (ACN 161 130 696) (trading as Ford Finance) (“Ford Finance“, “we“, “us” or “our“) and sets out how Ford Finance collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information as permitted under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the “Privacy Act“). In this notice, “Applicant” means the company, trust, incorporated association or other entity that is applying for a finance rate for a loan to be provided by us, “you” means the representative of the Applicant or other individual associated with the Applicant whose personal information is provided to us and “personal information” has the meaning given to that term in the Privacy Act (and includes your name, contact details and address).

1. Collection, use and disclosure of your information

We may collect personal information about you directly from you, from the Applicant or from any individual employed or engaged by, or otherwise associated with, the Applicant. Where you provide us with personal information about another individual, you must make that individual aware that their personal information has been provided to us and give them a copy of this notice.

We collect, use and disclose your personal information (including information provided to us as part of an application for a finance rate) to:

• provide you with a finance rate or estimate of repayments for any finance that the Applicant might apply for from us; and
• communicate with you about the application for a finance rate made by the Applicant or the estimate of repayments for any finance provided to the Applicant and for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy.

A finance rate application may be for an advertised campaign rate, for a standard finance rate set out in our financing rate card or for a tailored finance rate for the Applicant. This does not affect the types of personal information that we need to collect. If we cannot collect your personal information, we may be unable to contact you in relation to providing the Applicant with a finance rate for any loan that the Applicant wishes to apply for or we may not be able to provide finance or other products or services to the Applicant.

2. Third parties that we disclose your information to

We may disclose your personal information to the parties described in our Privacy Policy and in particular to:

• the Applicant or other individuals employed or engaged by, or otherwise associated with, the Applicant;
• our related entities, service providers and commercial partners who assist us by, for example, providing IT services, data analytics services, back-office management services or customer acquisition;
• our professional advisers and agents (including our auditors, insurers, brokers and legal and tax advisers);
• the authorised Ford dealer that introduced the Applicant to us;
• any third party that you have authorised to provide your information to us; and
• state and federal government agencies, regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies or other persons as required or permitted by law.

3. Overseas disclosure

We may disclose your personal information to entities outside of Australia. These entities include our related entities and service providers located in the United States of America, the Philippines and India.

Our Privacy Policy (available at www.ford-finance.com.au/privacy) contains more information about how to access or correct your personal information that is held by us, how you can complain about a breach of privacy laws by us and how we will deal with such a complaint.
